not 100% satisfied with our product(s) or service;
we'll be glad to refund the original item value.
Shipping fee's can not be refunded. To receive
a refund; we'll need to receive the item(s)
at our Europe office within 21 days of original
delivery date in original/unused condition and
with original shipping package included.
- If you
wish to exchange your shawl(s) with another
color; please contact us first. If we confirm
the desired color, you'll need to mail back
the original shawl(s) in original/unused condition
to our Europe office within 21 days of original
delivery date. Opened/used/damaged shawls will
not be exchanged.
- If you're
mailing back your items either for a refund
or exchange, the original shipping cost will
not be reimbursed.
- If you're
mailing back any items for an exchange, you'll
also need to submit the shipping fee for the
new shawls based on our shipping rates.
