Q: How can I care for my pashmina shawl?
 
To keep the original shape, style, softness and attractiveness of your cashmere for many years;
  • Hand wash in cold water with mild soap
  • Rinse thoroughly a few times to dissolve all soap
  • Do not wring or twist
  • Genty smooth the garment to its original shape and let it dry naturally on a flat towel.
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight, do not dry near a radiator or other heat source
  • Use cool iron if necessary with a damp cloth
  • Hand washing is better for cashmere in the long run as chemicals used in dry cleaning may be hard on cashmere fibers
  • In case of dry cleaning make sure that your dry cleaner has worked on cashmere before
  • Use moth cakes in the closets or put in plastic bags
 
 
Q: I have placed my order and received confirmation from PayPal, what should I do next?
 
 
Since your payment is received by PayPal, is means that our system also has received and queued your order. Please wait for our shipment confirmation email. The shipment confirmation email is sent within 2 business days of order for standart shipping and 1 business day of order for express shipping. The email you receive from us, will contain the tracking number of your package as well as the estimated delivery time.
 
 
Q: I have received my shipping tracking number but how can I track the package?
 
 
For express deliveries please visit www.fedex.com and www.ups.com (the courier company will be indicated in your confirmation email). For standart (registered airmail) shipments, the packages can only be tracked once it leaves the origin country and once it arrives at the local post office in the destination country. This means, international registered airmail can not be tracked day-by-day like UPS or FedEx shipments. However, to confirm that your package has already left our Europe office and to see whether it has been attempted to be delivered at your address, you may use the relevant website (as for your country) indicated below:
 
 
Q: It has already been 18 days and I have not received my order yet, what should I do?
 
 
First check the online tracking tools advised above. Since international registered airmail service requires your signature for package release, your postman might have already tried to deliver but since he couldn't find anyone at your address, he probably has left a notice in your mailbox indicating that you should visit your local post office. This reminder notice sometimes gets lost or goes to trash with your junk mails so you should make sure that the website shows to trace of your package. If the package is not at your local post office either, please contact us and we'll make sure to investigate your package's status as soon as possible.
