Thank you for shopping online with Club Pashmina. Serving worldwide since 2001, Club Pashmina has been producing and delivering wholesale and retail pashmina shawls. Our pashmina shawls contain cashmere wool and silk. Silk blended shawls are more durable, long lasting and have more stylish look while not giving any compromise in quality and the soft touch & feel. Our production capacity is 25.000 shawls / month and we can deliver any quantity of wholesale orders.
 
 
Shopping & Placing Orders
 
 
Our online store serves you for all our products at discounted prices. It's easy to browse product groups from the menu on the left, see item images and pictures, click on the items and get item details. You'll also be able to get your advertised discounts by entering your promo code (if any) at the checkout page.
Our shopping cart directly redirects you to the secure PayPal, Google or Amazon payment systems at the end of the checkout. This means, your payment is 100% secure through these payment gateways. We do not ask for or store any credit card information within our website, which makes our trust-rank higher in the market.
After completing the transaction within the payment gateway's secure site, you'll receive a payment confirmation email about your order. Within 2 business days (1 business day for rush orders) of payment you'll receive a shipment confirmation from us.

Packaging & Shipping
 
 
Even though our administrative office is located in the U.S, we only keep stock at our Europe office. The reason for this is to keep the transportation and other related costs at the lowest level so that we can offer you these unbelievable prices. We have two shipment options available worldwide: 1-Standart, 2-Express. Standart shipping means that your order will be wrapped in protective paper bags and will be mailed out using the International Registered Airmail service. This service is handled by governmental postal companies in each country (E.G: USPS within the U.S, CanadaPost in Canada, etc). Delivery of your registered airmail will take place in between 12-21 days of shipment, depending on your country. Also please keep in mind that the post office will not release Registered Airmail packages without your signature. This means, if there's no one present at your address at the time of delivery, your package will not be left on the backdoor or in your mailbox by the postman. Instead, you will probably receive a notice indicating that there's a package addressed to you which you'll be able pick up at your local post office. Express shipping is available with our contract rates via TNT Express. Express orders placed before 8PM-GMT (3PM-EST and 12PM-PST in the U.S.) between monday-friday, will be sent out the following business day. Express delivery takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
 
 
Exchange, Return & Refunds
 
 
If you're not 100% satisfied with our products; we'll be glad to refund the original item value. Shipping fees can not be refunded. To receive a refund; we'll need to receive the item(s) at our Europe office within 21 days of delivery date in original/unused condition and with the plastic bag included.
If you wish to exchange your shawl(s) with another color; please contact us first. If the desired color is in stock, you'll need to mail back the original shawl(s) in original/unused condition to our Europe office within 21 days of original delivery date. Opened/used/damaged shawls will not be exchanged.
If you're mailing back your items either for a refund or exchange, the original shipping cost will not be reimbursed and you'll also need to submit the shipping fee for the new shawls based on our shipping rates.
